These Terms set out the rules for using the krainacyfr.pl website, redeeming promo cards and request forms, as well as the licensing terms for the mobile application "Number Land" (Kraina Cyfr).
1. The owner and administrator of the krainacyfr.pl website and developer of the mobile app "Number Land" ("Kraina Cyfr") is Denis Stolarczyk Gizd Studio, based at ul. Ciasna 5/42, 43-100 Tychy, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): PL6462939097, REGON: 386561571 ("Provider" or "Organizer").

3. These Terms apply to both consumers and business entities using the Website or the App.

1. Browsing the Website and submitting forms is free of charge and voluntary.
2. Technical requirements: an Internet-connected device with a modern browser, JavaScript, and essential cookies enabled.
3. Users must refrain from unlawful conduct, attempting to bypass security systems (Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limits), or using automated tools to brute-force promotional codes.
1. Users holding a physical Promo Card can redeem their code at krainacyfr.pl/kod-promocyjny.
2. Redemption includes entering the code, anti-bot verification, selecting the target store, and receiving the store code.
3. Each code is single-use only. Platform selection is final. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Resale is prohibited.
1. The Organizer runs a promotional campaign with a pool of 30 free promotional codes for verified owners of the full version of Kraina Sylab.
2. Award mechanism: Codes are awarded strictly on a first-come, first-served basis to complete submissions with verified proof of purchase, until the 30-code pool is exhausted.
3. The feedback/motivation form field is voluntary feedback for developers and does NOT serve as an evaluation or contest criterion.
1. The full version of the application can be unlocked with a single one-time purchase. The application does not require a subscription and does not offer additional paid virtual items or pay-to-win purchases.
2. In-game stars and monster accessories are earned solely through educational exercises and cannot be purchased with real money.
3. Core educational games and materials work without an internet connection once downloaded. An internet connection is required for certain functions, including downloading, updates, store purchases, license verification, and optional cloud synchronization.
1. Purchases of the full version of the Application and payment processing are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play platforms, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable in the respective store. Payment is collected through the platform where the User completes the purchase.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal: Under consumer protection law, withdrawal rights for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium expire only if all cumulative statutory requirements are met (prior express consent, acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal right, and confirmation provided by the store on a durable medium). Loss of withdrawal rights is not automatic.
3. Refunds: Refund requests are submitted according to the respective store's procedures (reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple App Store, support.google.com/googleplay for Google Play). The above rules do not limit statutory consumer rights under applicable mandatory provisions of law.

2. Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days.
3. Consumers may seek out-of-court dispute resolution through local consumer ombudsmen or regional trade inspection bodies.
